Return and Refund Policy
RF Connectors purchased online may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 14 days of receiving the product. All components of a returned RF Connector must be included and unused (i. e. body, ferrule, contact, etc.).
Coaxial Cable Assemblies are custom-made and cannot be re-used. Therefore, they are always Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NC/NR).
If any RF Connector or Coaxial Cable Assembly is defective, they may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
